2.Liquid crystallizes and begins to heat

3.Knead pad to soften.

TO RECHARGE:

1.Boil it in water with cloth below until all crystals are dissolved and bag is completely clear. Make sure there are not even tiny crystals.

2.Take it out and gradually cool down for spare use.
